Application:
Full bath: Dissolve approx. 60 g - 80 g of lithium bath in the bath water (depending on the size of the bath).
The ideal bath temperature is 36 - 38°.
Foot bath: (5l foot tub) 2 tablespoons of lithium bath
Bath duration: 20 - 45 minutes
Tip: Add some essential oil of your favorite fragrance to the bath water or light a scented candle to intensify the bathing experience.
