Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) from perilla oil (wild sesame).
Omega-3 fatty acids, belong to the unsaturated fatty acids and take over important tasks in the body. They belong in every healthy, wholesome diet. One representative of this group is alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). The oil of perilla seeds contains a lot of this valuable fatty acid. For us, the ripe seeds are cold pressed and added with natural vitamin E. The capsule shell is made on the basis of corn starch.
