We deliver, subject to availability of the goods, within three working days of receipt of the order. Delivery dates and delivery periods are - unless otherwise agreed - non-binding and are only approximate; however, the purchaser is entitled to request us to deliver within a reasonable period of grace one week after expiry.
We reserve the right to timely and correct self-delivery. This shall not apply if we are responsible for the non-delivery, in particular if we have not concluded a congruent hedging transaction. We shall inform the customer immediately of the non-availability of the goods and reimburse any consideration already paid without delay.
We are entitled to make partial deliveries - insofar as this is reasonable for the customer.
