*Dietary fibre is an important component of a varied and balanced diet.
For adults, the German Nutrition Society gives as a guideline a consumption of at least 30 g of dietary fibre per day. According to data from the National Nutrition Survey II, men reach an average of 25 g and women 23 g of dietary fibre per day. In addition to whole grain products, fruit, vegetables and legumes are good sources of dietary fibre. Those who want to additionally improve their dietary fibre balance can use Sanatur acacia fibre for this purpose, because they contain a lot of dietary fibre - 90 % of which is water-soluble dietary fibre.
Acacia fibre powder is a simple alternative to psyllium husks!
