Application:
Full bath: dissolve 3 - 4 tablespoons of Alkaline Bath in the bath water. 1 - 2 full baths per week are recommended. The bath temperature should be between 36° - 38°C.
Foot bath: (5 liter foot tub) 1 tablespoon alkaline bath
Duration: At least 30 minutes
Warm baths are for relaxation. Cool baths refresh and invigorate.
