With this magnesium-rich bath salt, the bathtub is transformed into a place of relaxation. In pleasant warmth, the easily soluble granules supply the body with valuable magnesium through the skin. Full bath: dissolve 250 g of magnesium bath salt granules in 37 degree bath water. Let in only enough water to cover the body.
Foot bath: (5 liter foot tub) 60 g magnesium bath salt granules
