With this magnesium-rich bath salt, the bathtub is transformed into a place of relaxation. In pleasant warmth, the easily soluble granules supply the body with valuable magnesium through the skin. Tensions of the day can be relaxed and a feeling of lightness can flow through all muscles. Even tense and itchy skin is visibly soothed and feels refreshed and revitalized.
The granules can be used as a full or foot bath, for poultices and for inhalation.
TIP: Add a tablespoon of chlorella powder to the bath water to intensify the bathing experience.

Full bath: dissolve 250 g of magnesium bath salt granules in 37 degree bath water. Let in only enough water to cover the body.
Foot bath: (5 liter foot tub) 60 g magnesium bath salt granules
