That's why we opted for the branded product K2Vital® for vitamin K2. K2Vital® supplies vitamin K2 in the high-quality and biologically active form of all-trans-menaquinone 7 (MK-7).
For vitamin D3, we chose a lichen. Because it is grown in a sunny region, it produces so much vitamin D3 that it can be used as a purely plant-based source of vitamin D3.

Ingredients: Barley grass powder, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), vitamin K2 15 % (menaquinone MK-7, stabilizer: gum arabic, anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate; MTC oils, water), lichen powder 2.3 % (Cladonia r., antioxidant: tocopherol)
Recommended intake: 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid.
NOTE: Persons taking anticoagulant medications (coumarin type) should consult their physician before consuming vitamin K-containing food supplements.
