Natto is a traditional Asian food. Similar to bread in Europe, natto is an integral part of the daily diet in Japan. For its production, soybeans are fermented into a sticky mass. Natto is particularly popular as an ingredient for sushi, miso soups, egg or rice dishes.
For our Natto Complex, Natto is produced in the traditional way. For this purpose, soybeans from unmodified seeds are fermented with the bacterium Bacillus subtilis natto. Supplemented by high-quality astaxanthin, CoEnzyme Q10 and Chlorella microalgae, a balanced mixture is available according to the Asian model.

Ingredients: fermented soybean extract 29.7%, red rice flour, chlorella microalgae powder, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), astaxanthin-rich oleoresin from the algae Haematococcus pluvialis, CoEnzyme Q10.
Recommended intake: 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid.
Daily dose of 3 mg monacolins from red mold rice must not be exceeded, maximum daily intake: 1 capsule. Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers, children under 18 years and adults over 70 years. Do not consume if you are taking cholesterol-lowering drugs or other products containing red mold rice. Seek medical advice if health problems occur. If taking medicines, use only under medical supervision.
