TUMERIC-MANGO-HUMMUS-DIP
1 can chickpeas, drained
100 ml Greek yogurt
1 mango, peeled, pitted and cut into pieces
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin
50 g tahini (sesame paste)
juice of 1/2 zirone
1 tsp hot curry powder
1 pinch of cheyenne pepper or chili powder
salt & pepper to taste
3 stalks parsley or coriander
Put all the ingredients, except for the herbs, in a blender and puree. Then stir in the finely chopped herbs. Enjoy with fresh bread or vegetables.
