Acerola also called Antillean cherry or West Indian cherry is a tropical stone fruit from the Malpighia family. This vitamin C miracle contains about 1,700 mg of vitamin C per 100 g and is therefore truly exceptional.
Since the human body cannot produce vitamin C itself, we have to take it regularly with food. It belongs to the water-soluble vitamins and can already be dissolved from the food when chewing.
