Ashwagandha, is a nightshade plant and has been an important plant in Ayurveda for more than 3000 years. The botanical name Withania somnifera, refers to the plant group of withanolides. Withanolides are one of the valuable components of Ashawagandha and are mainly contained in the roots of the plant.
For Sanatur Ashwagandha, therefore, only the root of the coveted Indian plant is used. In addition to finely ground root powder, Sanatur relies on the highly concentrated root extract KSM-66®.
KSM-66® is a full-spectrum extract that proportionally represents the natural components of the root and, with 5% of value-giving withanolides, is at the top of the list of available natural Ashwagandha concentrates.

200 ml almond, hazelnut or oat milk
Contents of 1 capsule of Ashwagandha
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
Warm the plant milk and put it in a blender with all the ingredients and blend for 1 minute.
